Welcome to the Social Mobility Forum

The Social Mobility Forum has been set up in order for top graduate employers to embrace the current UK educational changes. It has never been more important for top recruiters to share and develop understanding and expertise about what helps employers find the best graduates regardless of background.

This forum aims to concentrate on excellent state school students (i.e. with above 300 UCAS points) that perhaps would not previously have considered going to university, going to Russell Group Universities, or working with top graduate employers.

The objective is to provide your graduate recruitment teams with all the necessary stats and research on the subject to be able to make informed decisions on your own recruitment strategies and how you can respond together as an industry.

The Social Mobility Forum has been set up as a partnership between Stafford Long & Partners and Real World.
